Swift, 34, famously flew in from her Tokyo Eras Tour performance for the big game, and was seen arriving at the game with famous friends Blake Lively and Ice Spice.

And she was later spotted mingling with the Beatles icon inside the Super Bowl suite – which can run between $800K and $2.5 million at Las Vegas’ Allegiant Stadium.

She appeared to introduce the legend to Travis Kelce’s father Ed Kelce, and the two men shook hands.

He was also introduced to Travis Kelce’s brother, Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce in the suite.
McCartney, 81, was seen wearing a black jacket and black pants while making his way around the suite.

Swift, McCartney and the Kelce family watched the Kansas City Chiefs come back to win 25-22 over the San Francisco 49ers in overtime.

Swift and McCartney share a mutual admiration for each other and even did a joint interview with Rolling Stone in 2020, where he he praised her songwriting.

McCarthy even mentioned that he wanted to perform a duet of her 2014 hit Shake It Off when they were both slated to headline at Glastonbury Festival in the summer of 2020, which did not happen due to COVID-19.

‘I would’ve done ‘Shake It Off.’ …. I know it, it’s in C!’ McCarthy said during the Rolling Stone interview.

The interview also revealed that they had previously met at various parties over the years, though it’s ultimately not clear when they first met.

McCartney added in a 2018 BBC interview that he thinks of Swift’s relationship with her fans as more of a ‘sisterly’ bond.

‘I was actually thinking about Taylor Swift and her relationship to her young fans and how it’s sort of a sisterly thing,’ he began.

‘And I was imagining talking to one of these young fans and saying, “Have you ever been bullied? Do you get bullied?”‘ he said.

‘Then I say, “Who cares about the idiots? Who cares about all this? Who cares about you? Well… I do,”‘ he said.

Swift also revealed last year that when they met for their 2020 interview, she made a request that he granted.

‘We walk into his office for a chat, and after I make a nervous request, Paul is kind enough to handwrite my favorite lyric of his and sign it,’ Swift said.

The lyric was – ‘Take these broken wings and learn to fly,’ from The Beatles’ iconic 1968 song Blackbird.

‘He makes a joke about me selling it, and I laugh because it’s something I know I’ll cherish for the rest of my life,’ she added.

McCartney most recently released the album McCartney III back in December 2020 though it’s unclear if he’s working on new music.

Swift just recently announced at the Grammy Awards that she’ll release her new album The Tortured Poet’s Department on April 19.
