Flocks of twisted young women packed a Manhattan court Friday for a chance to see alleged UnitedHealthcare CEO killer Luigi Mangione — with some donning the same maroon color he wore when he was arraigned on murder charges in the disturbing case.
Dozens of depraved devotees braved the freezing temperatures in line to get access to the court in Lower Manhattan — several hours before the 26-year-old alleged killer was slated to appear Friday afternoon.
Roughly 75 members of the public — mostly women — also crowded the hallway outside where Mangione’s case was due to be heard.
A handful of Mangione’s desperate fans donned maroon tops — the same color the alleged gunman wore when he was arraigned over the cold-blooded killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson outside a Manhattan hotel.
And at least one sported a bright green Super Mario Bros “Luigi” hat.
Similar circus-type scenes erupted when the accused murderer first appeared in court back in December on murder and terror charges.
Since his arrest, scores of warped fans have called for Mangione to be cut loose.
Mangione — an Ivy League graduate from a prominent Maryland real estate family — is accused of ambushing the healthcare boss on Dec. 4 outside the hotel before leading authorities on a five-day manhunt.
He has pleaded not guilty to multiple counts of murder, including murder as an act of terrorism, over the brazen slaying.
The alleged perp, who is currently holed up in a Brooklyn federal jail alongside Sean “Diddy” Combs, also faces federal charges that could carry the possibility of the death penalty.
