Will Taylor Swift be at Chiefs-Patriots to support Travis Kelce?
The romance between Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce is bad for the planet: Here’s how much CO2 have they produced in 3 months
Pop superstar Taylor Swift will be on hand to watch boyfriend Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs (8-5) take on the New England Patriots (3-10) in this important week 15 clash. Kickoff is slated for 1 p.m. ET.

The Chiefs are hoping to end a slump that has seen them lose three of the past four games. The Patriots, eliminated from playoff contention, will not want to lose per se…but they know piling up the defeats will give them an opportunity to draft a new franchise quarterback with one of the first selections in the 2024 draft.

Can the Chiefs win for Taylor?
Swift, the biggest pop star on the planet, was at Arrowhead Stadium last Sunday to watch the Chiefs lose 20-17 to the Buffalo Bills. The loss was Kansas City’s first with the “Lavender Haze” songstress looking on — and a victory this time around is needed to end the team’s current slump. The Chiefs are two games behind the Baltimore Ravens for the #1 seed in the AFC.

Swift’s boyfriend, tight end Travis Kelce, needs 104 yards to secure his eighth consecutive 1,000-yard season at the heart of the Chiefs’ offensive strategy. Quarterback Patrick Mahomes is two touchdowns away from tossing 25 for the season, but on Sunday, he will be without wide receiver Justyn Ross as the organization evaluates his future following a suspension. Running back Isiah Pacheco has also been ruled out due to a shoulder injury.

Patriots are heavy underdogs
Even though this game will take place in Foxborough, not many are placing their bets on New England to win against the reigning Super Bowl champions. The Patriots are 8.5-point underdogs against the visiting Chiefs, although Bill Belichick’s men showed signs of life in week 14, when they upended the Pittsburgh Steelers in a 21-18 victory.

The 21-point “explosion” last week ended a run of three consecutive games in which New England failed to reach double digits in points. The Pats have changed quarterbacks, with second-year signal-caller Bailey Zappe poised to make his fifth career start on Sunday after leading the way with three touchdown passes against Pittsburgh. However, in a big blow to an already-struggling offense, running back Rhaimondre Stevenson will not play against Kansas City due to an ankle injury. Starting offensive tackle Trent Brown is inactive with a string of injuries.
