According to the Post, Friedman-Agnifilo was head of the sex crimes unit in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, before leaving her position in 2021 to join Agnifilo Intrater LLP, her husband Marc Agnifilio’s private firm. The outlet also reports that their relationship has affected their professional lives from time to time, citing that Friedman-Agnifilo has been “forced to recuse herself from several cases in which her husband was representing accused suspects, including Harvey Weisnetin’s rape prosecution.”
