Apparently the couple had been messaging each other since February and just a few months later (June 2021), they were spotted holding hands and kissing. In July, J.Lo made their relationship Instagram official by sharing a photo of them smooching.
Several red carpet appearances later, news came about that Ben and Jenny were engaged again! The superstar revealed the exciting update in her On the JLo newsletter after being photographed wearing what appeared to be an engagement ring earlier in the week.
Come summer 2022 and Jennifer and Ben were married! In July, the gorgeous pair tied the knot in Vegas and shared a bunch of photos on her website with the words, “We did it. Love is beautiful. Love is kind. And it turns out love is patient. Twenty years patient.”
It feels like the 2000s all over again! Jennifer filed for divorce from Ben Affleck after just three years since their rekindling. Funnily enough, she filed on the second anniversary of their wedding day.
According to a source for PEOPLE: “She tried really hard to make things work, and is heartbroken. The kids are a top priority, as they always have been.”
