Luigi Mangione and disgraced music mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs are set to become neighbors in Brooklyn’s most notorious prison.
The 26-year-old, who is accused of killing UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, is currently confined to the Metropolitan Detention Center’s Special Housing Unit, a solitary confinement area designated for high-risk inmates.
Meanwhile, the shamed rapper currently resides in the general population inside the same New York prison.
However, prison consultant Sam Mangel has now revealed that although the infamous pair are on separate floors now, ‘they will be on the same floor together at some point,’ PageSix reported.
Mangione, an Ivy League graduate, was extradited to the Brooklyn detention facility from Pennslyvania last week.
He faces both state and federal charges including first-degree murder and stalking, following the December 4 daylight shooting of Thompson in New York City’s midtown.
Mangione is ‘still being held in observation, or in the Special Housing Unit,’ Mangel explained to the outlet, calling the living quarters a ‘small solitary-confinement cell.’
‘Luigi has not been moved into general population yet, which is where Sean Combs is being held,’ Mangel said.

Combs has been incarcerated at MDC as a result of his September 16 arrest on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution.
Federal law enforcement officials believe the rap-star, who has pleaded not guilty, committed his sex crimes while hosting nefarious parties or ‘Freak Offs’ over the span of at least two decades.
The musician remains in custody as he awaits trial set for May 2025 after having withdrawn his latest bail appeal earlier this month.
As the two high-profile inmates prepare for their shared quarters, a prison expert has revealed that Mangione will likely face strict regulations, including being placed on a ‘steady diet of anti-psychotics.’
Larry Levine – who is the director and founder of Wall Street Prison Consultants and has previously spent a decade in the prison system himself – told the US Sun that Mangione will soon be on the ‘anti-psychotic diet.’
‘[Diddy] can handle his s**t. I just know [Mangione] is f**king scared, and now they’re probably trying to force-feed him,’ Levine said. ‘
They’re gonna offer him psych meds. He’s gonna be like a f**king zombie. That’s a given.’
As for what food Mangione will actually be eating, Levine said ‘he can have cheese crackers and maybe a bottle of a plastic bottle of soda.’
‘He’ll buy a honey bun. It’s like all knock-offs, too. They don’t sell the real s**t in the feds,’ Levine added.
‘[Luigi’s] mind is a little f**ked up. He never thought that he’d be in the feds,’ Levine said. ‘He’s acclimating himself to his new surroundings. His lawyers are thanking God he’s in New York, and they don’t have to travel to Pennsylvania to visit him.’

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg formally charged Mangione last week with multiple counts of murder, including murder as an act of terrorism.
His initial appearance in New York state’s trial court was preempted by federal prosecutors bringing their own charges over the shooting of Thompson.
The Maryland-native pleaded not guilty on December 23, with his next court appearance scheduled for February 21.
