Jason Kelce Is ‘Looking Forward to Celebrating’ with Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce at Their Upcoming Wedding…
Jason Kelce is ready for his brother’s “big moment”!
The Monday Night Countdown analyst opened up about his younger brother Travis Kelce’s upcoming wedding to Taylor Swift while at his Team 62 Fundraiser at Ocean Drive in Sea City Isle, N.J., on Wednesday, June 24.
“Obviously very excited, very excited for my brother, obviously a big moment for him,” Jason, 38, told reporters. “I’m very happy for both of them and looking forward to celebrating with them, and it’s a good year right now and it’s a good year for both of them as well.”
Jason is hardly the only Kelce enthusiastic about the nuptials.
I am super excited,” Ed Kelce told Fox 29 Philly while at Jason’s annual fundraiser, which raises funds for the Eagles Autism Foundation, about his son Travis marrying Swift, 36. “She is a sweetheart. That is truly the girl next door.”
As the wedding approaches, the Kansas City Chiefs star, 36, has been prepping with bachelor party festivities including stops at The Bird Streets Club, a Chris Lake concert, Barney’s Beanery, a NASCAR race at Naval Base Coronado and a golf simulator, which he enjoyed with Jason, Swift’s brother Austin and other pals over the weekend.
Earlier this week, Kelce’s fellow tight end, San Francisco 49ers star George Kittle spoke exclusively to PEOPLE about his appreciation for the music superstar while at Tight End University, the annual three-day training camp he co-founded with Travis and former tight end-turned-broadcaster Greg Olsen, 41.
Swift pulled up at the Nashville, Tenn. event where she surprised guests with a special performance.
“She’s just such an awesome person to give us her time this close to their wedding,” Kittle, 32, told PEOPLE on Tuesday, June 23. “So we’re just so thankful that they’re here.”
Confirming that he was invited to the wedding, Kittle said he plans on breaking one of their wedding rules.
“They said absolutely no gifts. But I was thinking, Travis, for some reason, really likes old coins, so I might get him an old coin,” the San Francisco 49ers tight end also told Extra, joking, “Sounds expensive, too.”
