Serena Williams seems to be enjoying retirement, but she’s keeping her incredible body in tiptop shape.

The tennis legend posted Instagram photos in a two-piece set with her abs on full display. Serena, 43, is giving fans a sneak peek into the beauty treatment she swears by off the court – cryotherapy.

Serena is seen posing under a sign that reads negative 110 degrees, with nothing but her sports set, long socks and slippers. In the next pic, she’s clearly shivering inside the cryotherapy chamber, which exposes the body to extremely cold air to help with inflammation, increase circulation and muscle recovery post-workout.

In the caption, she wrote, “I can feel a difference from last time.” She added, “This was Day 2 of cryotherapy. What an experience I lasted the full 3 minutes this time! I can’t wait to share my wellness journey with y’all!”

From the looks of it, Serena has been in full mom mode and enjoying quality time with her family. The mom of two shares daughters Olympia, 7, and Adira, 1, with her husband Alexis Ohanian, 42.

One fan wrote in the comments, “Having the physique of a goddess after bearing two daughters and at age 43 is absolutely impressive!”

Another user said what all sports fans were all thinking, writing, “Come back and show the tennis world how it’s done! We miss you and tennis needs you. Always and forever the [goat].”

Serena’s last tennis match was an emotional career end, after a third-round loss to Ajla Tomljanovic at the 2022 US Open on September 2.
