Taylor Swift did not attend the Grammy Awards this year, but that didn’t keep her from partying on music’s biggest night.

The superstar was spotted at a Grammys after-party in Los Angeles on Sunday night, looking casual in a black long-sleeve top with a scoop neck, which she accessorized with layers of dainty gold necklaces and matching earrings. For glam, she wore her signature red lipstick, black cat eye, and and blown-out blonde bangs.

A clip shared on X shows the “Opalite” singer sipping on a drink and chatting with fellow guests. It’s unclear if fiancé Travis Kelce attended the bash with her.

Swift’s absence from this year’s Grammys comes, simply, as she was not nominated. Because she released her latest album, The Life of a Showgirl, on October 3, 2025, she missed the Recording Academy’s eligibility window for the 2026 award show. Her project, therefore, will not be eligible for consideration until the 2027 Grammy Awards.

It was a big diversion from the 2025 show, where Swift received six nominations for her 11th studio album, The Tortured Poets Department (though somehow went home without any trophies). Throughout her career, Swift has received a whopping 58 Grammy nominations and taken home 14 awards. She also holds the record for the most nominations for Song of the Year, with a total of nine nods.

The “Fate of Ophelia” singer has been lying low since debuting her 12th album, likely because she is planning on releasing new music soon (fingers crossed), and also because she’s busy planning her wedding to Kelce.
